Terms and Conditions

This Return & Refund Policy governs all registrations, rentals, purchases, and payments made to Futsal Hub. By completing a registration, rental, or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

All fees paid for tournaments, leagues, clinics, training sessions, camps, and other programs are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, participation, illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal after registration.

Registration fees are used to secure facility time, staffing, referees, scheduling, and administrative expenses and are incurred immediately upon registration.

If Futsal Hub cancels a program, tournament, event, or rental due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to facility issues, safety concerns, weather, or force majeure events, Futsal Hub may, at its sole discretion:

• Issue a refund, or
   
• Provide a credit toward a future Futsal Hub program or rental.
   

No additional compensation, damages, or reimbursement shall be provided.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

• Team or participant withdrawals after registration
   
• Failure to attend scheduled games, sessions, or rentals
   
• Missed games or sessions due to illness, injury, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts
   

All payment processing, credit card, and administrative fees are non-refundable.

All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests must include:

• Order or registration confirmation
   
• Team name and/or participant name
   
• Reason for request
   

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Completion of registration, rental, or purchase constitutes acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

This policy applies notwithstanding any contrary statements, representations, or communications, whether written or verbal.

This policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Futsal Hub reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of registration or purchase shall govern.
